The next issue of the journal Scientific Drilling is currently being edited, and is planned for
publication in late April 2010. If you have upcoming workshops, short news items or general information you would like to advertise to the scientific community, either write a short paragraph (less than 200 words plus 1 small optional figure if necessary), or simply let us know where we can find the relevant information.
Please let Mika Saido know by January 28, 2010 if you plan to submit any news items.
The actual deadline is February 26, 2010.

Scientific Drilling is published jointly by the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program (IODP) and
the International Continental Scientific Drilling Program (ICDP). It is distributed freely in
print and electronically to anyone who has registered as a subscriber.
