Ridge 2000 Student Travel Awards
The Ridge 2000 office is offering student travel awards of $800 to 20 students attending and presenting at the InterRidge Theoretical Institute. These awards will be decided on scientific merit and funding need.
Students wanting to apply for the R2K travel award should submit their Abstract, CV, details of any travel awards available through your institution/advisor and an approximate total budget for travel to the Theoretical Institute as an email to -

Applications for this travel award must be recieved by the 31st July 2007. Awards will be announced 3rd August 2007.
This award will mainly be given as reimbursement for actual travel costs, however if help is needed in purchasing flights, please contact us - interridge@whoi.edu
InterRidge Best Student Poster Prize
The InterRidge Office will be handing out a cash prize of $700 to the top student poster presented at the conference. All students presenting posters will automatically be entered into the competition.
