Final report from the Workshop on Regional Environmental Management Plan for the Area

The final report from the Workshop on Regional Environmental Management Plan for the Area of the Northern Mid-Atlantic Ridge (MAR), organized by the International Seabed Authority (ISA) in collaboration with the Atlantic Regional Environmental Management Plan (REMP) Project and the Government of Portugal, andheld at the University of Évora in Portugal, from 25-29 November 2019, is now available at the ISA website. The results of this workshop will provide scientific inputs to the forthcoming workshop on the regional environmental management plan for Area of the northern MAR to be held in St. Petersburg, Russia, on 15-19 June 2020, and which will focus on identifying specific management approaches and measures for developing draft elements for inclusion in the REMP.
